Haven Cockerham is the founder of Cockerham & Associates, LLC. He established the firm following thirty years in Human Resource leadership at Fortune 500 companies in automotive, electric utility and printing industries. Haven has the skills and abilities to resolve the most difficult Human Resource management issues. He has a BS in Economics from North Carolina A&T University and an MBA from Michigan State's AMP.

Deborah Braxton is a former marketing executive with significant experience in consumer packaged goods, business-to-business marketing and segment marketing initiatives. She has held director-level and senior management positions in marketing for RR Donnelley, SBC/Ameritech, Kentucky Fried Chicken, KalKan Foods and Quaker Oats. She holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. 

Kathy Broska is a corporate communications strategist. She has enabled global organizations to successfully communicate during mission-critical events, ranging from financial transactions such as IPOs and mergers & acquisitions, to internal culture changes driven by major company initiatives such as Diversity & Inclusion.  Kathy earned a Master of Arts in Business Management from Webster University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from William Jewell College.

James is a Senior Human Resources executive with extensive experience providing leadership in all areas of human resources in global companies. James has a successful, progressive record of driving change and getting results in international, corporate, and business unit organizations. James has led Human Resource functions in Asia, South America, United Kingdom and the United States.

Susan Hollobaugh has over twenty years experience in human resource management. Her areas of expertise include executive compensation and succession planning, organization development, training, recruiting, union/management program development and executive coaching. Her experience includes ten years at General Motors Corporation, four years at DTE Energy and five years as a consultant. Susan holds a PhD in Higher and Adult Education from the University of Michigan. 

Ollie is a respected practice leader and award winning Human Resource Officer with over twenty eight years of experience. He served as Chief Human Resource Officer for SODEXHO North America. He also served as Vice President Human Resources for US Airways, Inc. Ollie has significant class action settlement and implementation expertise. He holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut.

DeEtta has more than ten years of experience as a diversity educator and organizational development consultant. In addition, DeEtta has global experience relative to diversity and has directed Organization Development activities for a world renowned research organization. She holds a BS in Psychology from Colorado State University and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University.
